BH is an Israeli privately owned company, established 7 years ago by CA. MBA Raz Shapira. Ever since, BH main objective has been to provide professional bilateral business development and investment services to Israelis and multinational groups worldwide.
Throughout 2009 BH has broaden its presence to the Indian sub-continent, exploring the fast growing markets of India as a pillar and fuel to its rapid ongoing growth, while supporting Israeli companies in approaching this challenging market.

The Management
Shapira Raz - C.P.A - M.B.A
Raz Shapira was born in Israel in 1963. Raz is a certified public accountant. He holds a B.A in Economics and Accountancy as well as MBA in Defense and Diplomacy from the Tel Aviv University. Among others, Raz past career positions included being the CEO of a water group as well as versatile management positions in the Finance and Business development area in the public and private sector. Raz was working for the prime minister office for many years.
Natan Flashman
Natan was born in Russia. He holds BA in Economics and Political Science from Bar Ilan university and an MBA from university of Tel-Aviv. Natan was at the manager positions in a number of private and public financial institutions in Israel, including Bank Leumi and investment funds. Natan specializes in investments and entrepreneurship in the Eastern Europe and Russia markets.
Abhinav Agrawal
Abhinav has graduated with Honors from Ivy League, Brown University (U.S.A.). Among Abhinav past career positions you can find an Investment Banking for many years in India. He holds strong relationships with several of India's largest business houses as well as local and international banks. Recently Abhinav has worked as an Associate Director in the International Private Banking business at Barclays Wealth India and in the Private Equity team at Bennet Coleman & Co. Ltd. (TimesGroup).
